KIM brings more than 15 years of corporate training and performance management experience to our team. In her years working within Microsoft, HP and PeopleSoft Inc., both in North America and Europe, Kim has honed her skills as a leader in organizational effectiveness and operational success, winning her teams several industry service awards.  Her commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction is a great asset to the team.   

Kim is very excited to be putting her practical and technical skills to work in the real estate industry as it combines her passion for people with her keen interest in homes, staging and design.  Kim is thrilled to be back in the Niagara region with her husband and twin girls to raise her family and work in the community in which she grew up.

SAM, with extensive sales and business experience, and after retiring from his own business, joined his wife Zoi in real estate. Together they are able to provide a higher level of service excellence to their clients.  Sam was the district manager with the Canadian Federation of Independent Business for 14 years.  He was a successful owner of a wholesale and retail business.  His business background is ideally suited for serving the needs of our clients. Sam and Zoi have lived and raised their family in this picturesque Niagara region for more than 36 years and have a solid knowledge of the area. 

Kate Laslo, Office Manager

KATE brings 9 years management and customer service experience to the Zoi Ouzas team. She has proven her ability to excel in the service industry as the General Manager of a large retail branch, where she was responsible for employee management as well as administration. Her extensive computer software knowledge coupled with her ability to multi task in an ever-changing environment makes Kate a vital member of the team. Kate’s bright personality and industrious attitude ensures that all clients are met with care and proficiency.
